
The Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management caters to the need of students that plan to do a Masters Degree in Management. Students that undergo this program are those that have completed their graduation in any discipline be it commerce, arts, science engineering or any other and intend to pursue their Masters Degree in Business Management be it MBA, MA or an MSc. in a field related to Business Management. The program consists of six main courses that prepare the student for a Masters Degree in Business Management.
The subjects are selected in a manner that they create a foundation for students from all fields whether or not they have any Management background in the previous educational background. This program acts as a foundation course by covering the essential courses in Management and prepares these students to take a step forward to get access onto the Postgraduate Degree in Business Management. It not only builds the basic requirements that are warranted from a Management student but also prepares the student to take on the challenge of an International education.
Acceptance to courses is by application form and/or interview. Some courses require applicants to submit portfolios of work (eg Art). For specific entry requirements for a course, please click on individual links for for each programme.
The QCF is a framework which awards credit for qualifications and units and aims to present qualifications in
a way that is easy to understand and measure. It enables learners to gain qualifications at their own pace along
flexible routes.
There are three sizes of qualifications in the QCF:
Awards (1 to 12 credits)
Certificates (13 to 36 credits)
Diplomas (37 credits and above).

Every unit and qualification in the framework will have a credit value.
